We understand the nature of online purchases and are happy to accept returns and refund your purchase within 7 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All packaging and inserts must be intact. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.
Due to the custom nature of our products, embroidered items are exempt from being returned or exchanged. If there is a misprint in the embroidery due to a mistake by Heirlūm Hangers, the company will send you a free shipping label to mail the hanger back in the original packaging and will provide a corrected version once the misprint hanger is in transit back to us.
If you’d like us to send you a free return label, we’re happy to do so! Just email email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning. Simply print your emailed return label and drop your package at any UPS store.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time.
Damages and Issues
Hangers should be stored in a dry place to avoid damage. Please contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged product as well as an explanation of the issue. If available, your product will be replaced immediately.
